On March 9, 2013, Tom Claus, evangelist, teacher, and founder of CHIEF went to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. He will be greatly missed by many, but his Godly influence and testimony will continue on. Without Reservation is especially grateful for Tom’s help and encouragement.
