The Storyteller is unique among Native North American radio programming. It represents a small but growing voice in Native North America of those who have chosen to trust and follow Jesus.
Amid the confusion and desperation found in so many lives and homes, there are those who have found a living hope that has changed them forever... and they're not afraid to talk about it. These are true stories, told by the people who lived them. Sometimes edgy, but always challenging, the message they bring is personal. As they share they convey a powerful promise of hope to all who are willing to listen.
This weekly 15-minute (14:30) program includes a diverse representation of men and women from various tribal backgrounds throughout Native North America. New programs are regularly being produced while classic programs are recirculated.
The Storyteller has been on the air since the Fall of 2002 and is currently heard in more than 230 communities in Canada and the US.
